Canned Responses in Gmail

Gmail has some useful tools that can help you manage time efficiently.

One way of doing that is to zip through emails by using Canned Responses in Gmail. Canned Responses are messages that you compose and then save to re-use whenever you want.

Here is a short video from yours truly, on how you can create and use Canned Responses in Gmail.


 Note: This feature is best used on the web version of Gmail. If you are using the Gmail App on your SmartPhones, you can use the Smart Replies feature. Smart Replies are those automated suggestions that appear when you're writing a response in to a message in Gmail on your Android/iOS device.
