Using SMART REPLY on your Android/iPhone

Gmail has recently released  a very handy "Smart Reply" feature for Android and iOS devices that offers suggested quick reply buttons within emails.
Smart Replies work by presenting three canned replies as buttons at the bottom of each email
(See picture below)


You can edit the Smart Reply before sending. ​

As the ​feature uses machine learning ​it will over time get smarter by customizing response suggestions to your specific usage.

CITATION returned to Google Docs

One of the most significant changes that happened to the features of Google Apps (now known as G Suite) towards the end of 2016 was the return of ​"Citation" ​tool ​back into Google Docs. The feature was removed from Google Docs in September 2016 and Educators around the world lamented about it in a number of articles and blogs. Using it in tandem with the Explore function​, citations as footnotes​ can be inserted in research reports, ​whitepapers. The format of the citation can also be chosen from MLA, APA, and Chicago styles. To try it out: Open a document in Google Docs .
